These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of uksocialgamingplatformhub.com (the "Platform"), operated by UK Social Gaming Platform Hub ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

UK Social Gaming Platform Hub is a free-to-play social entertainment platform. All games on the Platform use virtual chips exclusively. Virtual chips have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed, exchanged, or converted into real money, goods, or services of any kind.

The Platform does not constitute gambling, betting, or any form of gaming regulated by the UK Gambling Act 2005 or any equivalent legislation. No real money is staked, wagered, or at risk at any time on this Platform. Any in-game outcomes, regardless of their nature, do not result in the receipt of anything of real-world value.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Community Guidelines. You must not:

• Use the Platform in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behaviour towards other users
• Attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended features for personal advantage

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, game design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of UK Social Gaming Platform Hub or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UK Social Gaming Platform Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed £0, given that the Platform is provided entirely free of charge.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
